The expert service you need 

Most manufacturers recommend annual service for vaporizers and other machines experiencing typical frequency of use. With this in mind, we offer an array of service options for vaporizer cleaning and calibration. 

Standard vaporizer service

Maintain performance, ensure clinical accuracy and retain your product warranty with our annual service. Our process is thorough and generally takes less than a week. Once you’ve initiated the process and sent your vaporizer to us, it receives a visual inspection, is disassembled and all internal components are cleaned and inspected. We replace consumable parts including the wick, gaskets, O-rings and seals prior to reassembly. Before we ship it back to you, our teams perform internal and external pressure tests and complete a calibration using a state-of-the-art laser refractometer in a pressure and temperature-controlled environment.

Vaporizer exchange

We make it easy to swap your current vaporizer for a serviced and calibrated version that keeps your machine working at optimal levels with no downtime. To use this program, initiate the service and provide us with the serial number of your current vaporizer and we’ll ship a replacement that’s ready to use. Once you receive it, install it on your machine and follow our instructions to ship your previous one to our facility.  
 
When you use this program, know that all vaporizers in our service exchange program are internally and externally inspected, cleaned, calibrated and certified for operational accuracy by highly trained technicians. The vaporizer we ship you is comparable to yours and includes a return shipping label.

Vaporizer conversion

Are you looking to change your vaporizer capability from using a Tec 4 Isoflurane funnel fill to Tec 4 Isoflurane key fill? Or to change anesthetic agent capabilities? Our conversion can make this possible. Even better, once the conversion and vaporizer services are complete, your vaporizer will be internally and externally inspected, cleaned, calibrated and certified for operational accuracy before it is returned to you.

Vaporizer conversion exchange

Our conversion exchange options include converting from one agent to another or one fill style to another. Once you initiate the exchange by providing the serial number of your existing vaporizer and information on what you’d like to convert to, we’ll send a vaporizer with your requested specifications that’s ready for installation. We’ll also provide easy-to-follow instructions on how to ship your previously used vaporizer to our facility.
